Thats a hard question Jacob.I suppose you could use anything as a tool watch,
if you do not mind getting dents and scatches on it.
If we are talking about one brand that makes their watches without a lot
of cosmetic polishing or other unnecessary frills,then Sinn springs to my mind.
They seem to make watches,that are practical for very hard use.A few other
brands,mostly German do the same.
Citizen and Seiko also make watches that are meant to be used in a rough way,
although many are polished.I think polishing is useless on a watch that is going
to get hard use.
                         But if i had to name the ultimate tool watch only one comes
to mind.And that is the Casio G Shock watches.These watches are worn by
the police and military ,firemen etc etc world wide.
                    No mechanical watch is able to compete with a Quartz watch
like the G-Shock.
                       So for me the Casio G-Shock is the king of tool watches.
