I personally would always wait until i can find a watch with B&P.There are a million of them out there,so why get one without B&P? Yes it has been discussed here about a thousand times
Just ask a collector if he would prefer a watch with or without,and you have your answer.I know you save a bit of money,but i think that a watch less than ten years old is easier to sell again with B&P.So in reality you get your money back anyway.In my opinion the disadvantages without B&P are outweighed by getting a watch with B&P.Also most dealers like watches with B&P.I would expect to pay at least 5000dkr less for a watch without B&P,unless it is a real collector item.
