There is no difference at all about servicing between inhouse or standard mass produced calibers.All that matters is access to the parts needed.All of these type of watches are just time or date only.A monkey could service them.Rolex is inhouse my friend,would you say that is nonsense? Calibers like Rolex make, are specificaly  designed for toughness and easy servicing.And i would rather have a Rolex or Seiko Prospex inhouse caliber in any so called Tool watch,than a standard ETA or Sellita caliber.So please do not try to tell me that inhouse is nonsense.Sinn when they do eventually make their own caliber,will make one that fits the watches they put them in.Many of these so called Tool watches have a little bitty caliber stuck in the middle,that is held there by plastic spacers.That is real Tool
