Seiko have so many models that it is impossible to put them all in the same bag . They make good and bad watches just like any other brands . I have owned a few Seikos including the Monster and the Marinemaster 300 .
Seiko have one big problem , not many models hold there prices well compaired to Swiss brands . The finish on Grand Seiko watches is superb , but many other models are still a long way after in the finishing department compaired to many Swiss brands . The biggest market for Seiko is in the low range price market , where they are in my opinion unbeatable .
But lets be honest most Seiko watches are not and never will be collector items . They are for the most cheap mechanical or quartz watches made for people who do not know much about watches and really do not care , as long as the bloody thing works
