Help me

I have an old Dell lap top that is on its last legs . I have to buy a new laptop or ipad . But i do not know which one i should get .

I only use my lap top for blogging and sending mails , and now and again i have to print something out from it . I have researched a bit on the net , but cannot get a clear answer .

I like the ipad because the sreen is so clear , and it is easy to carry around on holidays . But i have read that it has some limitations compaired to a lap top .

I have three questions .

Ipad or Laptop ?

Which laptop should i get ?

Which ipad should i get ?

If there is anyone out there who can give me some advice i would be gratefull . Willy
