I think you would have written that you would have acted like Jez. I agree - I would give a reasonable reward, but the 10% is just to get people to go to the police with it, rather than sticking it in their own pocket - so I would anyway as receiver not worry about the percentage - Good point that it would not be so nice if it costed 10% every-time you made a mistake I would be a poor man then.
