Many times when i give an opinion on watches i get asked the question . Where did you read that ? Or how do you know that is the truth . I can honestly say that most of the time i cannot remember where i read it or know it is the truth .

I will try to explain this . I read about watches everday for at least 2-3 hours . I can read ca. 3000 words a minute and i can remember most of what i read . I was born with this talent to read very fast and to remember . I love to read , and i would do it for 12 hours a day if i did not have to work Icon_e_smile

So i hope you can understand how many facts are going through my head all of the time . I am good at remembering what i have read , but i never concentrate so much about or remember where i have read these facts . I do not think i am the only person who reads things without remembering where they googled or read them in a book . I read only to learn something new , anything i have seen before is ignored . This is maybe why i do not have a great job or education <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt=":lol:" title="Laughing" /> <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt=":lol:" title="Laughing" /> <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt=":lol:" title="Laughing" /> .

I do know that 99% of what i read about watches is just an opinion and quite often not based on any real proof at all . The question is who do you believe ? I can answer this quite simply . You can only believe in yourself . Watchmaking may be a kind of science , but talking about them is not . It does not matter who you are , you have a right to an opinion . And this opinion is for the most based on reading other opinions . Others might shoot your opinions down , and make you feel a bit of a fool for not doing more research . I say learn from your mistakes , but never think you are a fool . A fool is someone who never learns from their mistakes .

One of the most irratating things for me , is when someone asks me to prove what i have written . Or can you give us a link to where you read that . They can run and hop Icon_e_biggrin

. I might post a link if i think it is relevant , and i can remember where i read it . But i am not going to waste a hour or two trying to find it for them . If they do not believe what is my honest opinion , well that is just to bad . I know that most people on this site are giving a honest opinion , and i would never entertain that they are telling lies . I believe peoples opinions are honest untill the opposite is proved . So come with your opinions , this is not a school or a place of work . It is just a forum for opinions .

PS. As a matter of interest 900 is just childs play for me . At the age of ca. 12 i read War and Peace in a single day . Jeg læser en masse om ure alle mulige mærkelig steder På min iPad,
Når folk så beder mig om links til det ene eller andet kan jeg ikke finde dem igen,
Hvis det betyder at folk ikke tror på hvad jeg siger så fred med det,
Det får mig ikke op ad stolen.

Men der ligger masser af Info out there,
Og den med at bede om links 24/7 finder jeg til tider en smule trættende det indrømmer jeg gerne,
Det kræver blot at man gider sætte sig ned afsætter tiden
og så ellers begynde at læse om det man kalder Ens fritids interesse.

Start evt med arbejdet der ligger og bliver lagt i et Grand Seiko ur,
Det er der vist mange som ikke har det fulde lys over i den danske ur verden. <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt=":lol:" title="Laughing" />
