The good guys at http://www.watchclub.com are in the UK and I purchased a watch from them about ½ a year ago.  They were responsive during the purchase both responding to email and talking on the phone, and the watch was shipped promptly. They have the almost usual two year warranty and I actually had to get the watch serviced for a minor issue.  Again, they reacted promptly, and we agreed that I would use a local watch maker here in Denmark, who was directly paid by Watchclub. This ended up cheaper for both of us as we didn't need the insured shipping to the UK and back here. 

So all in all - good and professional service.
