Jeg kan supplere med lidt af en forum-sensation her, idet jeg kan poste et billede taget af selveste Peter Halse, som jo ellers slet ikke gør i dén slags Jeg er dog rigtig glad for, at han denne ene gang gjorde en undtagelse

Her er alle delene på en MM300, og hvad man ikke helt kan se på billedet er, at indersiden af monocoque kassen er lige så velforarbejdet og glat som den yderste blanke del af kassen. Skal man kigge på konstruktionen med kritiske briller, så må svageste led være kronepakningen, som grangiveligt ligner - og er placeret samme sted (hvis jeg husker korrekt ) - som på en ganske almindelig SKX007. Her kunne jeg godt have tænkt mig, at man havde holdt fast i en løsning, som der f.eks. er på 7549-7009, hvor der sidder en meget større og kraftigere kronepakning lidt yderligere på kronerøret. I praksis, holder MM300 dog snildt til de specificerede 300m, men med en lille ændring på konstruktionen omkring kronepakningen, kunne man nok have fået antal m hævet betragteligt. Men sådan er japanerne jo ikke indrettet, for i praksis kommer ingen jo ned på de dybder, og hvorfor så ændre på noget, som man ved holder

Hvis ikke disse obduktioner af ure samt gennemgangen af MM's geniale opbygning kan få en til i det mindste at overveje købet af MM som ens næste toolwatch, så ved jeg ikke hvad der skal til
