Merry Xmas to all of you on the blogg.I have just given myself a christmas present a Rolex Oyster Quartz.I have always wanted this watch but could not find one that was not polished to death.I think this watch is the most elegant Rolex ever.It is a pity they did not use this design for a mechanical watch. Oysterquartz are great models and watches.
They did use this design for mechanical models. They made a steel ref. 1530, and a TT ref. 1630
Not many where made, and good examples costs a lot of $$$$, or £££ in your case

I modsætning til de mekaniske, er der heldigvis langt langt mindre besvær med quartz urene. Det er kun ganske få af dem, det er værd at interessere sig for.
En forholdsvis beskeden skare - i modsætning til det "mekaniske mylder".
