1. Ja bøgerne siger Rolex, men de siger også at han skal køre Bentley hvilke han ikke gør
Jaguar blev spurgt om de ville levere en E-type
men de havde ingen afsætnings problem så de takkede nej, (produkt placement er ikke noget nyt)
så fik Aston tilbuddet,Og i dag betragtes det som det rigtige bil mærke til Bond,
Så bog argumentet vægter jeg ikke tungt.

2. Den der betaler musikken bestemmer hvad der skal spilles så for mig er et ur eller bil ikke mere rigtig end noget andet, en kvindelig Bond er dog helt forkert da jeg mener det skal være et mandschauvinist univers derfor er Sean C. Den bedste Bond, Goldfinger er min ynglings film og der få bade nymferne et klap i r.ven og bliver viftet væk når mændene skal snakke.

standards. Ian Fleming was a snob and so was the Bond in his books.The English go
very much up in tradition,as i am sure you know.And they do not like their heroes
changed into Hollywood typecast fools.So you can talk all you like about who pays
the piper to play the tune.But you cannot change the music that is written.
Imagine if Hollywood changed the sex of HC.Andersen,or changed the Ugly Duckling
into a beautiful duckling that became ugly.  Some things are original Jacob just
like watches,and not many enthusiasts like copies.The original James Bond is a 
work of fiction,with a bit of truth thrown into it,by a man who worked for Mi5.
He portrays the type of car and the prefered watches and clothes etc etc,of this
era in English history by people working in his field.You cannot rewrite the story
of Patek or Omega-Rolex etc etc.History is history,like it or not.
Many things we take for granted are based on lies,even our own history.
Things my generation were taught in school would never be accepted today,
because we now know how damaging it is to lie about the past.
So i do not,and never will tell anyone that the watch that James Bond or
someone very like him wore,was a bloody Omega
Not that i care to much,about these films,i think they are Hollywood junk.
But in a few years maybe Casio will buy the rights to put a watch on a
transvestite Bond.Times change my friend but you or anybody else cannot
change the written word.Or try to put new words into the mouth of a dead 
author.He wore a Rolex,his character in his book wore a Rolex.Why let 
yourself be lead by the nose by a advertising gimmick designed to get
people who do not know better,to spend their money.Tell most educated people
in the UK that Bond wore an Omega,and they would laugh at it.
Some might believe money can rewrite history,but i do not.

Så i 1956 bar James Bond Rolex Explorer fordi forfatteren gjorde. I 1966 bar han Rolex Submariner fordi film instruktøren gjorde. Så tror da pokker at han i 2019 går med Omega, det er jo urealistisk at han ville gå med Rolex, det er jo helt umuligt at købe et.

Fandango-Bond drikker Heineken, kører BMW og spiller poker, og er i min optik (Swarovski naturligvis) ligeså troværdig og seriøs som “musikerne” i Melodi Grand Prix.

Det handler slet ikke om at ville ændre historien ven jeg påpegede blot at der er masser af "fejl"i filmene i forhold til bøgerne,
filmene er baseret på bøgerne det betyder jo også at det ikke nødvendigvis skal være 100% identiske med dem.

De er skrevet i en tid som er long gone, derfor vil der være ændringer når de skal lægges til grundlag for en ny (dyr) film som skal laves i dag,
ellers tjener den ikke de penge hjem som den skal og er årsagen til den i det hele taget bliver lavet.

Det er kolde fakta som disse jeg mener man glemmer i ligningen når man sidder og mangler et Rolex på hans håndled. 
ingen af disse film friheder fra bog til film er blæst sådan ud af proportioner og fået så meget kritik af Rolex fans (formoder jeg) som the missing Rolex.

Derfor nævnte jeg Bentley vs Aston Martin
For hvis vi skal holde os til "sandheden" i bøgerne (som Bond med Rolex tilhængerne ønsker) så er det forkert i samme grad  at han køre Aston Martin.

Jeg er generelt ligeglad med hvor meget bogen er = filmen jeg ser JB filmene for at blive underholdt i et opdigtet univers, 
som stadigvæk har lov til/tør at være upolitisk korrekt i forhold virkeligheden udenfor biografen.

Uret er da meget lækkert men generelt synes jeg der går lidt "Cirkus" i den og at det virker lidt "desperat"  fra Omegas side.....
