Jeg synes det er mere filosofisk om man vil ha - som Mads gerne vil, at fabrikken laver værket helt fra grunden - med passion for horologi og kælen for alle små tolerencer - eller om man accepterer der bruges en basis kaliber, og så - med passion og kælen for tolerencerne bygges videre, men det står klart for mig, at der i det sidste fald er tale om en vis springen over hvor gærdet er lavest - medens det første fald går hele planken ud. (hm det var vist to ret forskellige ordsprog men passer vel)

Det ret sikkert, at resultatet i form af holdbarhed eller nøjagtighed næppe bliver så voldsomt forskelligt, men filosofien er ret forskellig, og jeg ville også værdsætte det som var bygget helt fra grunden højere.

At IWC f.eks. bygger i princip alt om på deres 7750 i komplikationsuret er klart, men omvendt - til langt over en 1 mio kr - skal der så være en 7750 tanke i det - Skal det bevare dennes knaststyring, eller skal der f.eks. være en totalt inhouse kolonne blandet ind. Det ville jeg i alle fald foretrække.
(ps jeg har også læst hele internettet både forfra og bagfra uden helt at fundet eksperterne så totalt enige i øvrigt <!-- s:lol: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt=":lol:" title="Laughing" /><!-- s:lol: --> )
