I can confirm you the hands are original, and not changed and the different discoloration is correct.
The first serie 14060 and also the last series 5513 have to be this way.

The hands are also tritium.

I do not have other hands to get the matching color for your dial.
But be aware that this is the original condition, as it needs to be.
