I like no. 1 
No. 2 is a direct copy of 1655 and that is to much wanna be. Never been a fan of "The Italian Job". No. 3 is OK but I like the original SS ref. 1680 better. Anyway no harm has been done and the watches can be put back to their original non-Frankenstein look 
So who cares about "playing around"!?
