I have owned roughly about 300 watches in the last fifty years.Keeping them does not
interest me.I like to try them out,and see if the advertising or reviews are true.
This at a guess cost me at least 25-30000dkr every year.It has been an expensive hobby
some might say.But i have had the pleasure of owning many watches,from a Lange & Sohne
to a humble Timex.My aim has always been to learn the reality of many products from
different watch brands.Just trying a watch on for 5 minutes does not cut it for me.
You cannot give an opinion on a car unless you have driven it for a couple of weeks in
my opinion.It is the same with a wristwatch.
Most reviews of watches i read,are not worth the paper they are printed on.I would rather
read the experience of people who have worn the watch for a long time.
So it boils down to this in my opinion.
Watches can cost a lot of money,and learning about them can also cost a lot of money.
