Men de har ikke en urmager "in house". De sender alt værksteds-relateret til Viborg, sagde hun, da jeg ringede og spurgte til netop regulering hos dem for et par uger siden.
Jeg postede på Watchuseek et "sidespørgsmål" ang. 4R36s levetid og performance gennem levetiden. Indlægget er på engelsk, men hvis nogen her vil bidrage vil jeg blive glad:

Is the fact that, one year ago when new, my Turtle started out say 4 secs/day FAST and is now running slow a sign that it is slowly dying?
I realize that the Turtle and the 4R36, to watch people, is an inexpensive watch, however, for a person like me who just wants a cool, reliable watch, it's still quite an outlay. When I purchased it, I was hoping that it would be good for many years if serviced now again. But the fact that it has changed negatively (from +4 to -2 over a year) seems a bit much "wear" for just one year of (almost constant) use.
Sure, I can try and have it regulated but I guess if it keeps loosing time like this, the regulator can only be moved "so many times" towards the plus side?
I have a thing for the STO Great White Shark Turtle but if a 4R36 cannot be counted upon for years and years of stable service, I may hold off as another watch will be quite an outlay for a normal guy like me.
(...)What I wonder is whether my 4R36 is already starting to deteriorate after one year or whether it, with regulation and or service, can be counted on to deliver trustworthy results /accuracy for years to come.
