Must admit,if i had your budget i would go after a vintage watch.You can get real handwork for your money.I would never never buy a new dress watch in that price class,because in my opinion you are just paying for a design.A vintage Omega will for example keep its value,the watches i have seen so far on this thread are just use and throw away.
