Easy choice for me,because the Patek is just to small in my opinion.And if you want really sublime quality,then pick the Lange.Both are nice watches with great quality in them.Its no secret that i think Lange are the best in terms of quality and finishing.But here i would choose because of the size.In my opinion the future does not look good for these 36mm watches,even with Patek written on the dial.Even Patek know this,and have gone up in size with their newer watches.
