Yes any weapon.In England sharpened edged steel hair combs are a favorite weapon at football matches.If you gave me a Swiss army pocket knive,i can convert it into a knucklduster that if used in a certain way would kill you.And it is so easy that even a little old lady could do it.The problem was so big in England a few years ago,that they could put you in prison for carrying a metal comb.Banning pocket knives does not work,searching and prison sentences does.And i say this even though i am against prison for young people.How often do you now hear about English football hoolagans? Nothing will work 100%,but it has saved many lives in England since these Laws were made.
