Often when a customer is not satisfied,we only get their side of the story.Judging by what i have read here,i would say that Mads acted in a fair way concerning this customer.Anyone can make a mistake ,even prof dealers. It is unreasonable to expect that they know everything about the new packaging of all watches. This guy knew about what was supposed to have come with this watch, and should have returned it if he was not satisfied.
Many dealers describe a watch, with a full set B&P.And sometimes there is maybe a small item missing.I have encounted this many times.Watches can change hands many times, and items go missing. It has never put me off a watch,as long as i have the box& papers.Finding a absolutly perfect set, when a watch has had many owners is pot luck.
And i can only agree with others about hanging a guy out to dry, because of one instance.I have never bought a watch from Mads, but judging what others have said about dealing with him.I would say that he is the one being unfairly treated in this instance.
