willy Skrev:Can only agree with John.And would add that just because a watch is sold to the military,that is not a automatic stamp of quality.Some military watches are cheap junk.The amount of military watches from different brands is quite high.And not all of them last the distance.Many times brands use the term military watch,just because they are allowed to sell them on military bases.And the military are not above helping brands to get a reputation,if they can get watches cheap.Having said this,i have never read a really deep review of a marathon watch.Most of what i have found written about them,is just surface judgement.

Marathon er nu en OK urbiks - har haft 2 stk SAR med 2824 værk og 2 stk "Navigator" som er et meeeeget præcist kvartsur med tritium rør i skive og visere.
begge typer, gode "ærlige" ure - "u-prætentiøst" hedder det vistnok, når et objekt ikke giver sig ud for mere end det er -
De har haft med ure at gøre længe før der var noget der hed "mikromærker" og de vil ha' med ure at gøre længe efter at mikromærkerne er glemt - - -
