UN are one of my favorite brands . And have a history that many would envy . In the eightys with help from Dr. Ludvig Oechslin they made maybe the greatest complications ever , with their serie of 5 luner watches . The Astrolabium and the planetarium were the most complicated watches ever made . The instruction book for one of these watches is like a small bibel . Also their tradition for marine chronometers is worth a mention . They have recently been sold to a big fashion chain , and this should mean more money for development . They stand for good quality but new prices are to high , but a used model can be a real bargain . Be aware that their basic models have reworked ETA calibers . But UN finish and improve these calibers to a high standard just like IWC used to . Well worth a big google
