Cannot answer this question , because there is no ultimate watch . All watches have strengths and weaknesses . If i had to name one watch that has had the greatest influence on the watch industry , then it would have to be the humble Rolex Datejust . This watch set the bench mark for everything we see today . The Sub is just a development from the Datejust , never forget this !
