I think it is of course up to the individual about the size of watch they wear . Some big watches like the IWC big pilot are tradition wise big . I think that a huge watch on a small wrist looks out of place , to say the least . I think the trend for giant watches is finished , and many who have bought them will find them difficult to sell again . Down sizing seems to be the in thing with many brands right now . And discretion seems to be the in word . This is normal in a time with an economic down , it just does not do to flaunt your wealth with a gold hamburger on the wrist .
