Spring drive and Seiko have won many awards in switzeland for this invention.Virtually all the swiss watch industry by casting their votes for Seiko have recognized the breakthrough made with this caliber.It has been a dream for many brands to make a watch where the hands move around the dial in this way.Seiko did it before anyone else.But you have to read about it to appreciate what it is.
