It sounds to me like you are not screwing it in properly . You must not try to force it in , or you will destroy the screw thread . All watches with screw crowns can be a hit or miss , when you are screwing them in again . Try pulling the crown out and push it gently in , and turn while giving a little pressure . Try this a few times until it begins to turn without resistence . Do not ever try to force it to wind in especially on a titanium watch . It is not for sure you have destroyed the thread , so try this first .
