Hi Willy (and everybody else).

No matter what Omega has no excuse for using a poor quality of the divers ring on the PO... I am quite sure a proper one would cost next to nothing..... but then again Rolex have up until (was it?) the latest upgrade to the Submariner also had a bracelet clasp which could a best be described as a cheapish piece of thin, stamped metal (in your words "junk" ) and I don't think you would discourage the buying of an older Submariner model because of that?

I am only using the Rolex example because it is the only one I know about which compares to the divers ring on Omega PO. No other intentions
