Olsen Skrev:agree - there was a problem - probably with a fairly big number of the first 2500 but - it fine now - and those which have no problem so far, I would not be worried, it is a great watchwilly Skrev:Omega Schumacher is a sales flop , and not very collectable . And 007 watches limited to 5.000 is a joke . Go after a Speedy or a Seamaster 300 m model . Leave the Planet Oceans with 2500 calibers alone , they are not the best quality . Willy
Willy.... "best quality"??... I assume you refer to the caliber 2500. All newer Omega Seamaster 300M (after ref 2254) as far as I know have the same co-axial caliber as PO. There have been some reported problems but weren't they mostly with the "a" and "b" iterations of caliber 2500 which - if any - only appeared in the first PO's.
Counting the PO out because of "poorer quality" is to count out a hell of a good watch.. IMHO![]()
