Rolex Subs can take almost any punishment you can give them . Believe me i have seen it . This is what gave Rolex their reputation above all other brands . Proffesional use by the military and civillian users gave Rolex the foundation on which they built the brand up to what it is today . In my opinion they still stand alone as the makers of the strongest and most reliable mechanical watches you can buy . And guess what they are not my favorite brand . But credit must be given where it is due . Willy
