Seiko Springdrive?

Hi Henrik, I think the Springdrive is one of the greatest watch inventions ever , and if a Swiss brand had invented it we would be reading about it on watch sites everyday . I can only tell you what i have heard and read . My friend who sells Seiko watches told me that Seiko are training some European watch dealers to service them . But as far as i know you have to send the watch to Japan for a service at the present time . I have not read anything at all about problems with Springdrive , but this could be because there are not many of them on the present European market . We have a guy who writes on this site called Joepete , he is quite an expert on Japanese watches . I would like one myself , but i will wait and buy a used one for a good price . They are not an easy watch to sell again , and i tend to change my watches often . So lots of luck in your search . Willy
