Sorry to hear this Kristoffer . I have just talked with Thomas , and he told me another different story . I suggest you ring to Thomas , he is very sorry you feel that their service is bad . I have dealt with Sarøe for many years , and have never been disapointed with their service . I am a good friend of the family so i will not involve myself in this dispute . But i know that if you ring to Thomas he can explain it to you . Willy
