I do not care if i have paid a little to much for something i want . Paying less does not make the object any better . Money is just a commodity to get what you want . I like to be fair to the guy who is selling and negotiate a fair price .
One of my customers , a sweet old lady who knew i was intrested in watches found a solid gold IWC watch she had owned for years , and was going to give it to me . I persuaded her to keep it and give it to her grandchildren . That watch might have been the bargain of my life but it would have left a bad taste in my mouth and given me a bad memory . I think a bargain or a good deal is often all about the kind of morals you have when dealing with other people . Willy
