"In reply to your additional inquiry, firstly, please excuse us for the confusion that our insufficient explanation
might have caused you. The word “impeccable” as we used it means that our watch’ has an impeccable quality
in general whether the marking “CHINA” is engraved on a certain part or not.
As for the scratch of the back side of case back, which you found when you opened the case back,
this was indeed something that we learned of with great regret.
We can only surmise that an inspector inadvertently overlooked it, and it was apparently carelessness that,
we agree, does not inspire confidence. Though it is a rare and exceptional event, we agree how disconcerting
it must be for you.
To confirm, we believe that the watch’s functioning is not in question even if the back side of case back has
such a scratch. That the watch passed the final inspection after the assembly, indicates this.
As a token of our goodwill, however, we would like to arrange one brand-new case back as the replacement of
your case back with scratch. As we are now arranging to send the replacement to our national service center
in Denmark, not directly to you, for its exchange purpose".
