I would think not - All those regatta watches are generally made for match-race - counting down as they circle round before the start in the position fight - and that is bright daylight in general. I do not know actually, if there as ever produced a sailing watch, with lumen intended for night sailing, but I would be surprised if there were. Either you would need quarts with light in it, or your Seiko - that has lumen - and is water resistant - but lack the match race count down. If you have never watch the start of a match race you should, even on TV, it is very exiting.
