Two years ago I was travelling on a plain from Rio de Janerio to Buenos Aires, sitting next to a female brasilian university professor. We talked about the most unsafe places in the world.
I thought Rio would come up, but to my surprise she mentioned that - after travelling around the globe for 25 years - the most unsafe place she ever visited was Copenhagen, as she was robbed closed to the main railway station, in a place called Istedgade.
