willy Skrev:Omega have the right to try to go upmarket,of course. But up to now they have failed completly. This you can see in the dumping prices ,on the international market.

Citat:

I owned a Speedmaster.Fantastic watch for the price.Iwc and rolex also have models that are overpriced. As the watch market is today we cannot use it as a measure.I try to look at market prices for the last ten years.I have recomended Omega many times in the past as a good buy for a new watch buyer.I will still do this for say the speedy. But i would not say ,buy a Omega that costs more than 30.000.kr.And i do not believe that brand name is the difference here.I just honestly believe that if you spend over 30.000.kr on a watch then Rolex or Iwc give more watch for the money.
