mechanical watches whats the point?

[willy]

I ask myself ,why do i like mechanical waches? Answer i like the fact they are hand made.Bullshit they are mostly made by machines.I think i am beginning to understand people who collect vintage watches. My point is how often do you meet a watch nurd who says,i love the handwork. And he is wearing a watch that cost a small fortune, and inside is a work that cost at least 12 dollars to make.I have to say this, there are so many well known brands out there taking the piss out of so called watch nurds. It is really pathetic, can they not see what is happening.I say stop kidding yourselvs.Take a really good look at brands like omega, brietling, hublot etc. What are you paying for when you buy one of their modern watches.I would rather buy a seiko ,i would get the same quality for 20% of the price. willy
