if other firms who sell complicated products all took 2 months to fix a repair that takes 2 hours.they would go bankrupt.we are getting pissed on by these people.some exclusive car makers had this attitude in the old days.they use the excuse that they have not got enough watchmakers.i say that instead of just thinking about profit they should think about servicing their customers.and start educating more watchmakers instead.but they will not do this.why can they not all copy rolex?a collector i know told me to keep away from certain brands because their service is shit.he names frank muller,blancpain,panerai as examples.i will never buy a watch again from these,until their service is improved.willy the angry
