Dear Kucimo,
Thank you very much for your interest in our products. We certainly have SKZ205J1 and SKZ205K1. However, there is no quality difference between the two models. You can find many references initial is S. S is for SEIKO brand.
So, SXXXKX means Seiko brand watch fixed in abroad. SXXXJX is fixed in Japan. Movement, the heart of Seiko watch is always made in Japan but, some external fixing are done abroad which is shown as K. Of course, we have J and K in Japan, nothing to do with domestic/international markets.
Do you understand? Hopefully, my explanation is enough. But, let me know if you have further question. By the way, do you have many people loving SEIKO watches in Indonesia????
