Telling the truth about brands

We have been talking about resale value of watch brands for years now i would like to ask everyone on this site the following questions.Is it Ok that people who join a new site are never told about the resale value of watches that are recomended to them? Should a watch site also be used as a sales site for members who write wonderfull reviews of the watches they will sell next week? Do you think we have a moral duty to be honest especially for new people who want to learn about watches? There we have 3 questions i look forward to your opinions.
