Så fik jeg endelig et svar fra fabrikken ...
"We are very proud to learn that your watch is still working ! For your
information, the Vulcain watches have not been produced for something like 15 years, before we bought the brand and started the production again in 2002. That's why we don't have any information on the old models and we can't tell you anything about your watch, sorry.
To have your watch revised, you can send it to us (at your charges), but we can't promise you that we will be able to restore it, because some pieces are not the same anymore.
We are really sorry not to be able to help you more,
