1. It is always best to buy a watch that has B&P
2. It rarely pays to buy a newer watch without B&P even if you can buy it at a lower price.Unless you are 110% certain you will not be selling it again.Because what you gain in price buying you will lose selling.And it will take longer to sell again.Also many international watch dealers are not intrested in doing a deal for a watch without papers.Most dealers offer a discount of 3-5000 kr if you buy a newer watch without B&P.In my opinion it should be nearer 10000kr for taking a problem off their hands.
