1) Only if the watch is newer because it can indicate that the chance of the watch has been stolen is small.
2) Agree. You have to be prepared to argue why your watch is better in a situation where you have to sell.
3) B/P or no B/P. It doesn't make a difference. The price has to reflect what you get.
