My opinion on Box and papers when buying a watch are listed below.What do you think?
1. It is always best to buy a watch that has B&P
2. It rarely pays to buy a newer watch without B&P even if you can buy it at a lower price.Unless you are 110% certain you will not be selling it again.Because what you gain in price buying you will lose selling.And it will take longer to sell again.Also many international watch dealers are not intrested in doing a deal for a watch without papers.Most dealers offer a discount of 3-5000 kr if you buy a newer watch without B&P.In my opinion it should be nearer 10000kr for taking a problem off their hands.
3. Vintage or Rare watches are different .Of course it is better if possible to buy a watch with B&P.But it is not so important with these types of watches.The most important here is that you are not buying a fake.
4. There are always exceptions to the rules and these are just guidelines i would give to any newcomers on the site. Willy
