The Colimassoné finish is a form of decoration that consists of a series of large circular engravings on the base plates, such that they look like 'waves'. This type of finish is not the same as Cote de Geneve, which is a series of micro engravings, like small waves, one under the other, that look like rays, when the light catches the movement.
