Flot review Willy. Seiko kan virkelig noget de ikke formår i Schweiz. Specielt når det kommer til at producere flotte ure til fair priser. Her kan japanerne noget mht. produktivitet og produktionsoptimering, hvor de schweiziske firmaer slet ikke kan være med. Seikos uheld er så bare at 95 % af forbrugerne forbinder pris og kvalitet, samtidig med at de ikke kan vurdere et urs kvalitet. Det bevirker så at de automatisk forventer at de schweiziske ure er bedre og finere end de japanske bare fordi de er dyrere

Agree, this is probably the only thing that Seiko should improve. (sapphire would too, in my opinion)

Re-reading it - and not often I care to - I am even more impressed - with the review in its fairness - and with the Seiko - bucker - that I am not into new watches - I think the conclusion that it is VERY hard to find better value for money in that watch is absolutely correct

Hello Willy, and thank you so much for your informative and enriching article about these two watches. Neither am I a watchmaker, or an expert in any way, when it comes to details about watches, calipres etc. I just love watches, how they look, and the histories, connected to each watch brand.
I am not quite aware if you are capable of understanding written danish, so I am giving my school english a try here, in hope not to offend you in any way.
