I partly get your point - it's just that if I would look down on my wrist at the Eichi, I would still think of a Ole Mathiesen watch and not really be able to appriciate the finish (nor the design) - unless I took it off, turned it over and put it under a microscope ;-).

It is the workmanship in such watches that people
are willing to pay for.What you like is up to you,but never dismiss a
piece with this level of workmanship.
