A watch can have worn parts in the caliber. I think it is unreasonable for a used watch dealer if he has to repair a watch that has worn parts.As long as the dealer tells the customer there is always a risk buying a used watch.It is to easy to drop the watch on the floor and then get the dealer to fix it for free.If the watch has been recently serviced there is not so much risk involved.I think you just have to be fair to one another.But to put all of the problems onto the dealer is wrong.Most dealers are fair and reasonable people who like to keep their customers.It is not possible to insure against everything in this world even if some politicians think they can Willy
