Hey
Under min evindelige urlæsning faldt jeg forleden aften over urmærket Vulcain (gennem et indlæg på [url]"http://www.hodinkee.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.hodinkee.com/[/url]" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;).
Det ser da ud til at være fine ure med nogle (så vidt jeg kan se) meget fine inhouse værker.
Jeg kan specielt godt li deres Aviator Dual time model.
Hvad er der galt, hvorfor hører man ikke noget til dem i DK?

Vulcain are a fine brand with a good history . The Cricket is their most famous model . The reason you do not here about a lot of watch brands in Denmark , is that Danish watch buyers believe that only the well known brands like Rolex Omega Panarai etc etc are worth buying . I put the blame on the watch bloggs like this one . If you ask on any Danish watch blogg for help in finding a watch , 99% will recomend you buy a well known brand and usually the one they have themselves . Its sad but a fact of life .

Jeg synes bare Vulcain ure ser ud til at give ret fin value for money.

Også jeg kender dog kun "Cricket" modellen fra Vulcain (navnet stammer vist fra de høje alarm lyd, som kan minde om lyden fra det lille dyr ). Bar JFK ikke en "Cricket"...? Synes at kunne huske noget derhenad, men måske husker jeg galt....

Vulcain Cricket bliver sidenhen ogsaa kaldt "president's watch".
Jeg anbefaler selvfoelgeligvis en vintage Cricket. De larmer virkelig utrolig meget!
