My first real watch and the watch that started my interest for mechanical watches was the Rolex sub i had in the English armed forces 47 years ago.That watch went through heaven and hell.It was the only watch at that time that we trusted never to let us down.I sold it many years ago unfortunately but owned a few subs afterwards.I have no sentimental feelings for it because that was a time i would like to forget.
